Giles Newton

Giles learned to swim in Roald Dahl’s pool (and was bitten by his dog), spent seemingly large parts of his youth walking over English and Welsh mountains and hills, worked as a taxi driver, and gained a degree and PhD in genetics at Newcastle. He joined the Wellcome Trust in 1997 as a writer and editor, and is the Editor-in-Chief of Mosaic.
